We encourage online booking to guarantee entry and help with visitor flow around the site but you can usually pay on arrival.

No, our parking facilities are free of charge!

Yes, our indoor barns are all on one level and the majority of our field walk is pathed.

Please do not travel to the farm if you or any member of your group are showing any signs of illness. Please email us at hello@whitepostfarm.co.uk to rearrange your booking.

Yes food can be purchased on arrival for £1.50 per bag.

Yes lots! Visit our social media channels to keep up to date on everything that is happening on the farm.

Quite simply, yes! Our Pet shop and hotel is situated in our car park, you’ll see it as soon as you drive in to our car park. You can also visit our Gift Shop without entering the farm to purchase gifts.

Any prepaid digital gift vouchers or sponsorship admissions can be exchanged for an admission slot. Please email hello@whitepostfarm.co.uk with a preferred date and time option. You will be allocated the next earliest available session. Please allow 48hours for confirmation of booking.

If your ticket is paper, you can bring it with you on a day of your choice without needing to book (daytime admission only). If your ticket/voucher is digital then please email us with a date/time you’d like to come and we will sort them for you.

If you have a Gift Voucher for an Animal Encounter please e-mail or ring us and we will get you booked in for your experience.

If you have an Annual Pass Gift Voucher, then bring this along with you and call into the main office when you first visit and we will issue you a Membership card and take your photo so you can visit us during the year.
