Group Experiences
Take a look at our different group experiences, from Guided Farm Tours to Parent & Toddler groups, we have a range of offerings available.

Guided Farm Tour
Perfect for Schools and other organised groups. Our most popular package has everything for a great day out! The day can be tailored to suit your group and any related topic you are covering, so whether it’s creepy crawlies, life cycles or anything with four legs – we’ve got it covered.
You will be with one of our friendly farm guides all day long, who will take you round The farm, tell you about the animals, and ensure you get to all activities on time. They will be on hand to answer any questions you might have as well as introduce you to some of our animals that you are able to meet, stroke and hold.
We also have several play area facilities if play time is something you want to factor into your tour – let your guide know if this is something you would like on the day.
You can also add on a tractor ride to your visit for £1.50 per person (seasonal).
Risk assessments, insurance and further info is supplied alongside your booking form, but we also offer a free preliminary visit pass to each school/organisation
if you wish to send some staff members to the farm before the day. This is a great chance to complete your own risk assessments and ask any questions about the visit. This will be offered to you on booking.
Self-Led Farm Tour
Self-led farm tours are launching in 2025 – Perfect for Schools and other organised groups who like to go at different paces. In this package your group will have admission to the farm, as well as some animal food to feed the animals. You will also be provided with a heated indoor space to eat your lunch and leave bags.
You are then free to take your group or groups, around the farm at your own pace where you can choose if you want to see any of the daily timetabled events throughout the day, meet our friendly animals or enjoy our indoor and outdoor play areas. Meet some of our rare-breed sheep and goats, as well as our crocodiles in Reptiles of the World!
Included is your own 30 minute animal based workshop where you will meet up
with a keeper at a pre-arranged time. Additional workshops can also be added to your day.
Tractor & Trailer rides are available at £1.50 per person (seasonal & weather permitting).
Sleepovers
Just like our Guided Farm Tours but even better …as you get to Sleepover!
You will be checked into your allocated space indoors for your group to stay overnight and will have your own private access to our indoor play area, The Jungle Barn in the evening. You will be given an emergency contact number in case you need a WPF staff member overnight.
We have a free car park & heated indoor space for sleeping, breakfast and lunch.
In the morning you will be provided with a breakfast bag to start the day and then one of our friendly Farm Guides will look after you for the rest of the day taking you on a tour that. They will be on hand to answer any questions you might have as
well as introduce you to some of our animals that you are able to meet.
We have a huge variety of sheeps, goats, lots of rare-breeds and even crocodiles!
The day can be tailored to suit your group and any related topic you are covering, so whether it’s creepy crawlies, life cycles or anything with four legs, we’ve got it covered.
Lunch bags are included and you will have your own designated area indoors to enjoy these or if the weather is suitable you may prefer a picnic outdoors.
You can also add on extras like the Tractor & Trailer rides available at £1.50 per person (seasonal & weather permitting) or pre-order chip cobs for your evening arrival.
The Sleepovers are suitable for groups for a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 100 people.
Parent & Toddler Group
Perfect for pre-school groups and nurseries, our Parent and toddler offering includes everything you need for a perfect day out for the little ones! Bring along parents for a free-flow day at the farm that caters for all.
At the entry gate you can purchase food for £1.50 per bag. Whilst on the farm you can wander around all of the events and attractions as you please, there are maps and a full animal timetable that you can get stuck into! This is displayed the entry gate that you can photograph to help you find your way and plan your day.
We offer group Tractor-trailer rides (weather dependant – usually Easter-October) at £1.50 per person. Our Catering facilities will be available.
