Little Farmers Club
Take a look at our Little Farmers Club aimed at 2-4 year olds. Fun and interactive learning every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in term time.
Each week has its own topic based on a story-book and involves an animal activity as well as a fun take-home craft! A snack is provided for the little ones, as well as a hot drink for the adults!
Little Farmers is a weekly group for children aged 2-4 years which aims to develop their early learning skills in a hands-on environment. The sessions are held at the farm every weekday morning from 10am until 12 noon. Each week is based on a story!
The sessions are run by two experienced members of our education team, with all the bespoke activities/crafts made to encourage learning and personal development. Little Farmers is also a great chance for your little ones to socialise.
Term starting 12th December
For our first week back at the farm, we will be heading on a scavenger hunt around the farm to find animals that live in the jungle, such as armadillos, porcupines, and dart frogs!
Our craft activity this week will be making your very own pair of jungle binoculars.
This week, we will be learning all about the wonderful variety of birds that we have here at the farm. The Little Farmers will get the chance to feed the poultry and make them some enrichment treats!
The craft this week will be making and decorating a handprint bird.
This week is all about dragons and animals that are related to dinosaurs, such as the Rankin’s dragon.
Our very popular messy play is back, this week themed all about dinosaurs!
It’s Chinese New Year, and this year’s animal of the year is the horse! Therefore, we will be spending some time meeting and grooming the WPF ponies.
To celebrate the Chinese New Year, we will be creating and decorating our very own Chinese Lanterns.
This week, we will be celebrating love and seeing our animals who make perfect pairs and love each other very much! We will be meeting the guinea pigs and giving them some heart-shaped treats.
For the craft this week, we will be creating our own Valentine’s cards to give to our loved ones.
