Meet the WPF Guinea Pigs!

Here are some fun facts and information about our Guinea Pigs.

We have lots of Guinea Pigs here at the farm, and you may meet some off them during our ‘meet the animals’ talks inside the Silver Barn. Guinea Pigs are sociable animals, who prefer to live in groups, known as a herd,

IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated.

Diet: Being herbivorous, they eat a range of grass, hay, roughage, fruit and vegetables.

Habitat: They originated from the Andes in South America.

Fun fact: Their pups are born with fur and their eyes open!
