Ranger Academy

Ranger Academy is the perfect introduction for those working towards a career with animals or for those with a passion for animals.

There are different Ranger Academies for different ages; Ranger Academy for 14-18-year-olds and Junior Ranger Academy for 11-13-year-olds.

Ranger Academy:(14-18 years)

Over the course of 3 days, you will be working alongside our keepers to assist them with caring for our animals. You can expect to be involved with cleaning out enclosures and creating enrichment, as well as gaining theoretical knowledge. It’s the perfect introduction for those interested in pursuing a career with animals or passionate about them.

Graduate from Ranger Academy with a bespoke certificate – perfect for adding to your CV!

Ranger Academy is a 3-day course running from 9am to 1pm, on selected dates, and includes a daily snack.

Junior Ranger Academy: (11-13 years)

Junior Ranger Academy is ideal for children who are aged from 11 to 13. You can expect to assist keepers in the day-to-day care of our animals, as well as participate in a range of practical learning activities over these 2 days.

Junior Ranger Academy is a 2-day course running from 9am to 1pm on selected dates, and it includes a daily snack.
